Dream Days

Dream days are coming
or more or less are here
the rainbows are drumming
to spell away the fear

In times when omens rise
can one without compromise
fly with thoughts up high
staying bouyant to testify

that indeed things are exactly
not at all what they seem
and for a matter of factly
coming are days that dream.

mesmerizing

Maybe its my roots of pixelated video game playing that keeps me looking over and over at this image. Man this is some great animated gif artwork. I don't know who did it but I absolutely love this. This character reminds me of a "typical day in the life".

Sunset on the Sea

Into the moon ripples fast and strong
she jumped and leaped and danced along
her gaze was smooth her glance was smart
her eyes would move to and fro with a dart
and into the skyline she would bathe and swoon
on the water collapsing in the arms of the moon.

In Passing

Love comes by many times,
but stays for just a few.

The heart rings many rhymes,
but with only one chord true.

Thoughts will commit many crimes,
That one cannot undo.

But actions will play the many mimes,
that plays the soul to woo.

So when the bell of true love chimes,
stay focused to pursue.

The Grapefruit Tree In Bloom

The grapefruit blossoms send a dream into the air,
that sweeps up my eyelashes and swirls around my hair.
Such citrus wafting song makes one dash into a dare,
And end up in those places from a magical Neverwhere.

A flower paddles down in wind gently before my eye,
and with its graceful wandering my heart loosens a sigh,
for with the curves the posy falls in her path I do espy,
flows perfume sweet around her dance in generous supply.

And when she lays upon the ground a tear is gently shed
for life soon passing from her scent sunk into soil be bled
the petals of her dress do thin and follow with no dread
For she will come again next year on springs free wheeling sled!
